How Tolling Works

The CRC Tolling Study Committee completed a report that was framed by two assumptions:

Tolling will be an important source of funding, along with federal and state dollars.
Tolling will be implemented to help manage congestion and improve travel reliability.

All-electronic tolling systems are designed to keep traffic flowing.
