- The majority of I-5 bridge users stay on I-5
- Some people will choose to change their trip destination to avoid crossing the river
- Some people will choose to change their route to I-205
- Some will choose transit instead
- Some people will choose to carpool to share the toll cost
- Some people choose to change the time of their trip to pay a lower toll.
Example results from tolling scenario 1A:
Note: The increase in transit ridership with the CRC project is actually
more than 100 percent. The pie chart only depicts the additional percentage of
people who would choose transit solely as a result of the toll in scenario 1A.
